The shipyard has its own health centre, which serves our personnel in all health-related matters. Meyer Turku also provides its personnel with an opportunity to join a sickness fund.
Meyer Turku employees have access to Epassi, which can be used to pay for movie and theatre tickets, concert tickets or gym or swimming hall memberships. The shipyard also has dedicated fitness and recreational clubs available for employees.
We support continuous learning and offer our employees training courses and opportunities to influence their own career.
Our employees are allowed to borrow the shipyard’s tools for personal renovation and tinkering projects at weekends.
