Once the application period ends, the recruiting manager and an HR representative review the applications and invite the most suitable candidates to an interview.
Applicants typically have one or two interviews with the recruiting manager and an HR representative. During the interview, we aim to determine the candidate’s suitability for both the open position and the future work community. The interview is also an opportunity for the candidate to assess the appeal of our company.
The length of the recruitment process for different positions can vary for a number of reasons. It is difficult to estimate the exact lead time from the end of the application period to filling the position. However, we do contact all candidates either by email or phone by the end of the recruitment process.
